Do I have to be a member to use this site? [top] |
To create a property listing on WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com, you must register for your
free membership. You can create listings, upload photos, and edit until your property listing is perfect.
You only pay when you want the listing activated, and published for the whole world to see.

How do I list my real estate property? [top] |
First become a member and then add your listing. Once you are pleased with your listing and
have added all the photos and options, pay for the listing and it is then published on WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com.

Why do I need a user id and password? [top] |
The user id and password are necessary for our system to be able to identify who you are.
They are the security you need to keep others from accessing your data. The user id and
password are for your protection.

Can I list my timeshare property? [top] |
Yes. Make sure you clearly label it as a timeshare, and be specific about the available dates.

Do I have to own the property to put it on this website? [top] |
No. We welcome property managers and real estate agents and brokers to list their client's properties.

Do you sell my information to other companies? [top] |
No. Your information is never sold or shared. Period.

What owner/seller information is shared with buyers? [top] |
Only you decide what personal information displays on the property listing page (name/address/phone)
by selecting the "Use" box when you create your membership.

What size and types of photos are recommended for best performance? [top] |
The larger the picture, the slower your property listing will display. We recommend a .jpg format
with a width no greater than 300 px. and a file size no larger than 65 K.

Why doesn't my listing appear on the website? [top] |
To activate a listing, it must be paid for. WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com allows a member to create a
listing and preview it. The final step is to pay for listing for it to be visible to buyers who visit the website.

How do I speed up the time that it takes my listing to display? [top] |
Make sure you keep within the parameters of the photo size requirements. Remember that the
more photos, the longer the download onto each user's computer takes. The amount of text entered
on your listing does not affect the speed.

How do I update my listing? [top] |
Changes to your listing pages can be made anytime. Simply log in to the Member's Area
and edit the listing by clicking on the "Listings>Edit Listing" menu command. The changes you make are
instantly visible on the website. If you add more options after the listing has been activated,
an additional billing may apply. Go to the "My Account>Invoices" section to review any unpaid
orders.

What is the policy and procedure for deleting my listing if I no longer wish to advertise my
property on WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com? [top] |
You can deactivate your listing at any time once it has been paid for. Log in to the member
site, select "Listings>Deactivate Listing", and select the listing to deactive. WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com does
not provide refunds for deactivated listings. You may also choose the "Listings>Remove Listing" menu command.
Choosing this will delete all your listing information, including the photos. This is not un-doable, and removed listings
do not qualify for any kind of refund.

How do I become a "featured" real estate property? [top] |
WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com offers several options for you to specially feature your real estate. These
options are available on the Member's Area menu. The state/country Page displays up to 20 featured
properties each time a buyer performs a search on a state/country. The Home page features
will display up to 20 featured properties whose order is randomized each time a buyer accesses
WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com. For rates, refer to the "Options>Add Listing Options" from the Member's Area menu.
WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale also offers a free "Showcased Property of the Hour" feature that randomly selects
a new property every hour - and prominently displays it on the Home page.

What payment options do I have for listing on WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com? [top] |
WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com offers the option of paying on-line with most credit cards via
PayPal.com. Rather than paying on-line, mail certified funds for payment and your listing will be activated.

How can I advertise my real estate property - directing buyers to WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com? [top] |
You can easily advertise your property's Id number on another advertising medium like a newspaper or business
card and then direct your customers to WorldWide-RealEstate-ForSale.com and have them search by your property ID #.
On the Home page, all the prospect has to do is put your property ID in the search field located under the
map on every regional page. They will be taken straight to your listing page and avoid viewing everyone else's listing.

What happens if I forget my login or password to the Member's area? [top] |
Click the Sellers Login menu option. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password
link. On the next page, enter your User ID and we will email your password to you. If you
forgot your login, click "Click Here" in the sentence under the login field and send an email to
our support department. They will respond with your login and password.
